Anesthesiology Resident and

I love Anesthesia - it's the coolest job out there. I'll be finishing residency July 2008. Don't think for a second that I'm going to be retiring on real estate (I know, that's the irony of life. You figure the way out of the "rat race" i.e. "work till you drop", but then you realize the journey itself is the goal...). Anesthesia is just an incredible profession - fun, challenging, fulfilling, and - still amazing to me. I can't believe the novelty of intubating a person still hasn't worn off.

Real estate complements anesthesia well. But real estate actually complements any job well because real estate is a passive income strategy.

Now here's the fun part...

Don't leave your financial future completely up to someone else (i.e. your boss, financial guru, stock pusher, husband/wife, social security, the lotto). Learn to take control yourself. Learn the income property business. It takes a little work, yes. But it's easy to do because the business model is non-complex and easy to understand.
